If we cannot deliver your audit, you receive a full refund. If an audit is defective (for example, it does not match the uploaded artifacts), contact us within 14 days of delivery; we will correct it or refund you. Statutory warranty rights remain unaffected.
Refunds go to the original payment method via Stripe, normally within 5 to 10 business days of approval.
